• Double and preferably triple digit growth of our e-commerce activity.

• Management and P&L of the e-commerce activity.

• Drafting the e-commerce strategy with focus points on: 

  • Acquisition: SEA and SEO strategy, merchandising strategy

  • Retention : email marketing for cross-sell and up-sell

  • Product strategy in collaboration with the product & sourcing manager

• You are the face of our e-commerce activity inside and outside our company. 

• You are responsible for the evolution of the platform and you have a vision of e-commerce towards the future. 

• Eventually you will have to set up and manage your own e-commerce team. 

• You will be responsible for the rollout of the technical roadmap in consultation with internal and external IT teams. 

• In each evolution of your strategy, you take the end customer as the central pivot.

• You will continuously optimize the effectiveness/performance of the acquisition plans and report progress to senior management on a monthly basis.
