We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team to develop and execute a strategy for organic business growth.

 

The goals of the Growth Marketing Specialist are to drive acquisition, activation, increase customer experience and satisfaction across all owned and earned touch-points.

 

This role will be responsible for end-to-end organic performance marketing across the customer lifecycle. As a key player in the organisation, the Growth Marketing Specialist will have a wide range of ownership overseeing programs that leverage content marketing, inbound marketing, SEM, CRM, email/push/SMS, and social media.

As the Growth Specialist you will :

  • Develop an overall growth strategy with emphasis on SEO and SEA.

  • Manage end-to-end performance marketing across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral).

  • Partner with internal and external teams to optimise content marketing initiatives on - and off-site.

  • Ensure alignment across communication and marketing teams through effective communication and actionable recommendations.

  • Understand and create qualitative content & demand generation efforts to address the needs & pain points of our customers and prospects.

  • Partner with data specialists teams to ensure analytics are accurately tracking marketing efforts.

  • You are passionate about marketing and online marketing performance.

  • You stay up to date with the industry, its latest trends, tooling & platforms.

  • You have an excellent understanding of traditional and emerging channels used for acquiring and retaining customers, including digital marketing, SEO, Social, Video, and offline channels.

  • You have experience working with multiple marketing functions such as brand and content.

  • You can connect the dots between programs to create full-funnel marketing campaigns.

  • You have proven leadership skills with a strong work ethic and an ambitious, stress resistant and hands-on personality.

  • You are able to manage projects with multiple stakeholders across different locations / backgrounds delivering tangible results.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
