We are looking for an experienced Marketing Cross & Upsell Manager to shape the long-term cross & upsell marketing strategy and drive its implementation across the organisation. As Upsell Manager, you are responsible for maximizing the customer value through upselling and cross-selling within our portfolio. You ensure that the cross & upsell KPI’s are met by setting clear strategies, designing effective relationship marketing solutions, monitoring and boosting performance in a transversal role across departments involved and with a strong willingness to improve processes and results continuously. You will report to our Marketing Manager.



As the Marketing Cross & Upsell Manager you will :

  • Define required cross and upsell initiatives and drive them with identified owners and stakeholders.

  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement aimed at monitoring and perfecting KPIs by establishing specific action plans.

  • Manage and monitor focused upsell campaigns designed to drive sustainable and profitable revenue growth.

  • Identify upselling/cross-selling targets per channel and business needs.

  • Identify upgrades and new services opportunities at customer level.

  • Develop best-in-class portfolio segmentation and targeting specific commercial actions to those profiles using customer data.

  • Create detailed customer journey flows with actionable trigger points to drive cross and upsell opportunities.

  • Establish a strong working relationship with cross-functional stakeholders in our finance, logistics, customer care and sales teams.

And, do you have the following qualifications...

  • 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years experience in Cross & Upsell Marketing or Go To Market

  • Passion for customer experience and increasing the value of customers

  • You can rely on a proven track record in continuous improvements and/or quality assurance leadership experiences in marketing and sales;.

  • You have the ability to translate complex analyses in easy-to-understand manner and present these to a broad audience.

  • You have the ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgement when working in challenging situations.

  • Proven leadership skills with a strong work ethic and an ambitious, stress resistant and hands-on personality.

  • You can engage with senior and middle management;

  • You are able to manage projects with multiple stakeholders across different locations / backgrounds delivering tangible results;

  • You are fluent in 3 languages: Dutch, French and English;
