• Management and P&L of the marketing team.

• Drafting the marketing strategy for the different entities and private brand in consultation with the sales & marketing director.

• Digital marketing is 1 of your strengths. 

• You are the face of the marketing team and are also responsible for the PR of the parent company. 

• You will manage two junior marketers and work very closely with the sales and e-commerce team.

• You will be responsible for rolling out a state of the art marketing automation plan in consultation with internal and external IT teams. 

• In every evolution of your strategy, you take the end customer as the central pivot.

• You continuously optimize the effectiveness/performance of the acquisition & retention plans and report progress to senior management on a monthly basis.

• You manage external vendors who bring your marketing strategy to success, but you are eager enough to help with events and campaigns yourself.
