We are looking for an experienced Marketing Retention Manager to shape our long-term retention marketing strategy and drive its implementation across the organisation.

 

The Marketing Retention Manager ensures the optimal customer experience is met by upholding value propositions across the various departments. Customer Satisfaction and Churn decrease are key KPI’s to address.

 

As a Retention Marketing Manager, your key responsibility will be to own execution and help guide strategy for the retention arm of our marketing team. This function is designed to increase retention and engagement of our Waste customers across all physical, print and digital touchpoints. Key areas of support include: analysing the impact of initiatives on key business metrics such as retention, win back rate and revenue. You collaborate with all parts of the business (finance, logistics, customer care and sales) to create and execute strategies that engage and retain ourWaste customers, and win back cancelled customers.

 

 

As the Marketing Retention Manager you will :

  • Define required retention initiatives and drive them with identified owners and stakeholders.

  • Manage end-to-end development and execution of data-driven CRM initiatives, including forecasting campaign impact, driving the creative review process with designers and copywriters, identifying target audience segments, and reporting on campaign performance.

  • Use tools like Looker to query for member data and size the projected impact of your CRM strategies on key business metrics like revenue, retention and conversion rate.

  • Analyse campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports. You will love this job if marketing analytics excites you!

  • Create detailed customer journey flows with actionable trigger points to drive conversion and engagement.

And, do you have the following qualifications...

  • 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing or CRM Operations.

  • Passion for customer experience and increasing the value of customers.

  • Strong analytical skills; able to create data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns end to end.

  • You can rely on a proven track record in continuous improvements and/or quality assurance leadership experiences in marketing and sales.

  • Proven leadership skills with a strong work ethic and an ambitious, stress resistant and hands-on personality.

  • You are able to manage projects with multiple stakeholders across different locations / backgrounds delivering tangible results.

  • You are fluent in 3 languages: Dutch, French and English.
