MARKIES is born!

Antwerp, 14th October 2021: MARKIES is designed for every SME that wants to fully commit to growth and needs help in this transformation process. MARKIES was founded by two entrepreneurs "pur sang", namely Hans Smellinckx and Kurt Ghijsbrecht. Both men join forces and each bring over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer experience, HR and c-level strategy to a new company that will guide SMEs post-corona in their business transformation towards growth.

Yet another consulting agency? "Not too many PowerPoint presentations, but asking the right questions, offering concrete solutions linked to a concrete implementation plan that we implement and support together with our clients." Accountability is a high priority for us." Says Hans Smellinckx.

In other words, don't forget the HR aspects of your transformation. And yes, even yourself as a leader, including your leadership team, you have to dare to scrutinize it and see if this will be the team that will make the company grow. Says Kurt Ghijsbrecht.

In short, the challenge for many companies today is to reconcile the "HYBRID CUSTOMER or CONSUMER” with a customer-centric hybrid organization, and for this they can now turn to MARKIES. MARKIES also has an extensive network of partners who will support them on the road to "growth".
